Heather Rose: Earth Scientist, Teacher, and Bioenergetic Healer
Heather Rose bridges the gap between science and spirituality, using her background in Earth Science to create transformative, multidimensional healing experiences. She is passionate about helping empathic and psychic individuals—children, teens, and adults—unlock their gifts and heal deeply rooted pain. Through her work, Heather combines her extensive knowledge of Earth processes and her profound connection to nature to guide people back to their own bodies and the healing energy of the Earth. In her sessions and classes she works harmoniously with universal and Earth energy.
Heather holds a B.S. in Environmental Science and Hydrogeology, with a minor in Geology, from Stockton University, a leading field research institution in Southern New Jersey. Her early career as a conservation biologist in the Santa Monica Mountains focused on amphibians, water quality, and endangered fish preservation, as well as designing scientific studies for Southern California’s Biodiversity Inventory alongside esteemed professors and scientists.
Heather’s journey into healing began during her apprenticeship in Costa Rica with medicinal plant expert and healer Jane Segleau Earl. There, she drafted a medicinal plant guide published by the University of Costa Rica Press and taught college students, unearthing her innate healing abilities. Over two decades, she has immersed herself in ancient and modern healing practices, earning certifications in Massage Therapy (2002) and Intuitive Energetic Healing from the Kali Institute of Massage and Somatic Therapies. She became a Reiki Master in 2004 and completed advanced healing programs with world-renowned healers. A dedicated yoga practitioner for over 25 years and a teacher since 2008, Heather’s personal practice has been integral to her evolution as an energy healer.
Heather’s visionary work includes the creation of “Diving into the Divine Feminine” (2003), “Embodying the Divine Masculine” (2005), and youth-focused council programs with the Ojai Foundation, where she facilitated transformative experiences in nature for Los Angeles high school students. These achievements culminated in a bold move to Panama’s tropical rainforest, where she founded Rainforest Awakenings in 2008. Through this international organization, Heather dedicated a decade to rewilding the rainforest, working with indigenous tribes, and helping people worldwide reconnect with nature and their true selves.
In 2017, Heather founded The School for Earth Healers, a culmination of her life's work. From her base in Nevada City, CA, she continues to offer private healing sessions, transformative ceremonies, and teachings designed to reconnect individuals with the Earth and their authentic selves.
